You Have Questions. We Have Answers!

Q: How much do the name tags cost?

A: If you order 1-10 name tags, the cost is $22.00 per tag. If you order 11+ name tags (at the same time), the cost drops to $17.00 per tag. USPS Priority Mail shipping is available at a flat rate of $9.00 per order to anywhere in the United States, with free shipping on orders over $100. Expedited and international shipping is available at an additional cost. There are no additional fees or setup charges.

Q: How do I order name tags?

A: If you’re interested in ordering name tags for your team, please get in touch! You can reach us at info@vetnametags.com, 800-684-2761, or by completing the contact form below. Once we connect, we can discuss the layout and colors that you’d like to use for your project, as well as the badges, credentials, and achievements that you’d like featured. After those details are finalized, we’ll work together to create your first order. You can either provide us with a spreadsheet listing all of your staff members or we can create a custom web-based ordering portal that your employees can use to upload their information. Molly and Ben, VNT’s founders, are both veterinary practice managers. We know first-hand how busy you are. Because of this, we’re committed to making it easy to order (and re-order) name tags.

Q: How long does it take to get the name tags?

A: Once all of your staff members information is submitted, the manufacturing process takes around 5-7 business days. Expedited manufacturing and shipping are available at an additional cost if you’re pressed for time.

Q: Are other designs available?

A: Yes! Our name tags are entirely customizable - colors, layout, accreditations for each staff member, etc. The sky’s the limit!

Q: What material are the name tags made out of and how do they attach to clothing?

A: Our full-color name tags are printed on durable PVC-PET plastic and covered with a protective UV-resistant laminate to ensure they last a long time. The equipment we use is the best in the industry, allowing us to print at an incredible 600dpi (that industry jargon for “your pet’s photo and all of the other graphics will look amazing!”). Attachment options include a strong magnetic bar (this is what almost everyone chooses), pins, clips, and slot punch, in case you’d like to wear it at the end of a lanyard.

Meet Our Team

What started out as a fun project to create engaging name tags at a single vet practice has quickly gained momentum. It immediately became clear how much staff members and clients loved the tags With the encouragement of other practice managers (who wanted to use the name tags at their own practices), VeterinaryNameTags.com was born.

Molly Lautzenheiser // Co-Founder

Molly entered the veterinary field through her love for pampering pets with nothing but the best. After adopting two Yorkies in 2003, she immediately realized their need for cozy apparel to keep them warm in the frigid Cleveland winters. In 2004, from this need, she created her luxury pet pampering boutique, D.O.G. Apparel. Her business grew and she was invited to open a second and larger boutique inside Cleveland’s premier boarding facility, Paws by the Lake Resort, owned by the Avon Lake Animal Clinic. After a few years, the Avon Lake Animal Clinic purchased her boutique and brought her on as their Practice Manager. She has since fallen in love with the industry.

Outside of her role at ALAC and VeterinaryNameTags.com, Molly is part of the consulting team at VetSupport. Molly graduated from Bowling Green State University, earning a BSBA with a dual major in Marketing and Public & Institutional Administration. She became a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional in 2017 after seeing the challenges the industry faces. Her love for learning took her on the journey to earn the SHRM-CP, a Society of Human Resources Certified Professional designation, in 2018. She was a top 10 finalist for 2017 Practice Manager of the Year and also earned her CVPM in 2018.

In her free time, Molly enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Dolce and Cinco, as well as reading and trying out new restaurants in the ever expanding Cleveland food scene!

Ben Spinks // Co-Founder

Ben Spinks temporarily (or so he thought) entered the veterinary industry in 2004. He planned on helping a veterinary practice “run some numbers” over the summer to delay his inevitable entry into the corporate world. That one summer stretched longer than he anticipated, and he’s been the Hospital Administrator at Tipp City Veterinary Hospital ever since.

Outside of his role at TCVH and VeterinaryNameTags.com, Ben helps other businesses run more efficiently at Branchworth, helps companies in the veterinary industry communicate effectively using video at Veteos, and is part of the consulting teams at VetSuccess and at VetSupport. Ben is a graduate of Miami University (B.Phil.) and Wright State University (MBA). Ben became CVPM certified through the VHMA in 2013 and SPHR certified through HRCI in 2018.

Ben resides in Tipp City, Ohio with his two doodles, Claire and Finn, and cat, Oscar. Away from work, he enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
